Here's what to expect in a session with me
My work involves an integration of various techniques. First, the client will be asked to complete a client history form to provide me with information about any existing physical or emotional issues. Then, I help the client get on the massage table. During these sessions, clients remain clothed. Please wear comfortable clothing. As I begin working, I sense where the client's body needs attention, and I respond to the body's information by using one or more bodywork or energy therapy techniques to help restore balance and relaxation. This work is quite different than classical massage, and clients report feeling both extremely relaxed and energized after a session. This work is very effective for relief of discomfort in the body.

If you need to reschedule your appointment, notice of at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time is required. If a scheduled appointment is missed without at least 24 hours notice, the full price for the missed session will be billed. Please contact me via phone if you need to reschedule to ensure that your notice is received in a timely fashion.
